Day 01: Arrival / Lima
Arrival in Lima.
Meeting assistance upon arrival, our representative will welcome you and escort you to your hotel.

Day 02: Lima
Half day city tour through the colonial Lima and visit to the Rafael Larco Herrera archaeological museum, which houses the world’s largest private collection of Peruvian pre-Columbian Art.

Day 03: Lima – Cusco
Flight to Cusco. Half day city tour includes a visit to the Plaza De Armas, which was once the exact center of the Incan world, and the cathedral, built on the ruins of the ancient Inca Palace and borders of other churches on both sides. Proceed to Sacsayhuaman, a ruin located circa 3 km above Cusco. Sacsayhuaman also offers a fabulous view of the city. Afterwards, visit the surrounding ruins.

Day 04: Cusco
Full day excursion to visit the famous Pisac market in the town of Pisac. Continue with the important ruin site of Ollantaytambo and visit the town, the shrines and the fortification with its stairs to the sky. Return to Cusco in the afternoon.

Day 05: Cusco - Machu Picchu
Transfer to Ollantaytambo and train ride via Belmond Vista dome train and shuttle bus to Machu Picchu. Rediscovered in 1911 by Hiram Bingham, Machu Picchu is the only known Inca city to remain intact. Guided tour of the citadel’s agricultural terraces, houses and temples. In the afternoon transfer by shuttle bus to Aguas Calientes.

Day 06: Machu Picchu – Cusco
In the second morning visit to the Incan site of Machu Picchu, early before most other tourists arrive. Afterwards, return by bus and train to Cusco.

Day 07: Cusco
The Day is at leisure for own independent activities. Also, different optional tours can be booked on the spot.

Day 08: Cusco - Lima
Flight back to Lima. Reception at the airport and transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure to enjoy your last evening in Peru.

Day 09: Lima/Departure
Our representative will escort you to the airport for your onward flight towards the next destination.
